Cultural Diversity

Kappa Phi Lambda is classified as a Pan-Asian interest sorority but we do not limit membership to those of only Asian descent. We believe in promoting cultural awareness not just within our organization but to the community and other universities. We have sisters that come from very diverse backgrounds. Diversity is very important to us and we believe it helps broaden our horizon of thinking. We welcome young women of interest from all ethnic backgrounds. We stress the importance of spreading cultural awareness in our society and educating them about Asian culture. In the past, sisters have participated in China Night and Korean Night. We have also traveled to other schools in support of their cultural shows.
